Meet Samaria Carlson

The youngest of four siblings, Samaria is a New Mexico native, born in Albuquerque and raised in Espanola. She worked in the hospitality field for ten years and then went on to graduate from Santa Fe Community College in the field of Respiratory Care. Samaria worked five years at a Santa Fe hospital as a Respiratory Therapist, but wanted a career that would provide more flexibility and time with her family. Her best friend worked in real estate and pushed her to get licensed; Samaria soon discovered a passion for and dedication to helping clients achieve their dreams of home ownership. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Samaria is a professional who provides seamless communication and service to a diverse clientele. Her commitment to excellence paired with an understanding of different cultures and communities allow her to provide personalized guidance and support throughout the buying or selling process.
